Subject: Transplant Immunology Research Technician Opportunity at Johns
Hopkins

Description:
The Transplant Immunology Research Lab at Johns Hopkins focuses on
understanding the pathogenesis of graft-directed T and B cell responses, with
the goal of identifying selective and novel mechanisms of restraining these
populations. Several aspects of the research technician position will provide
a strong training environment for those looking to gain research experience
prior to applying to professional school, such as: one-on-one training with
the principal investigator in a small collaborative laboratory, experience in
numerous cutting-edge immunology techniques (including MHC tetramers,
high-dimensional flow cytometry, knockout mouse models), the potential to
make key contributions to projects that will be presented at conferences,
potential authorship on manuscripts, and immersion in the immunology research
community at Johns Hopkins
