Sky at UMD student club(facebook.com/skyatumd) is organizing the Online SKY
Campus Happiness workshop(June 19-21st)

Participants will learn breathwork-based techniques to practice at home to
decrease stress and increase focus. The cornerstone of the workshop is the
evidence-based SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga) technique that uses the breath to
calm the mind, leading to a deep experience of meditation.

Recent research studies evaluated by Yale University show that SKY Breath
Meditation was the most powerful and beneficial program for student mental
health and well-being. Students reported improvements in six areas of
well-being: depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect,
