Are you a part of the multiracial/multiethnic community or are a trans-racial
adoptee? Do you want to get involved in helping plan programming that centers
these identities and experiences? Join the Multiracial Heritage Month 2023
Planning Committee! Multiracial Heritage Month is celebrated in March each
year to center the identities of those part of the multiracial, multiethnic,
bi-racial, and trans-racial adoptee communities. Each year, UMD puts together
programming to educate, spark dialogue, and celebrate the identities of those
within these communities! The committee is open to all UMD students, staff,
