One postdoctoral fellowship is available, with competitive benefits and
travel supports, in the Process-Energy-Environmental Systems Engineering
(PEESE) lab at Northwestern University. Successful candidates will be
working on the sustainable design and operations of energy systems and
supply chains, in collaboration with researchers from industry and national
laboratories. The initial appointment will be for one year, with the
possibility of renewal for two additional years contingent upon satisfactory
performance and continued funding. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in
engineering with expertise in mathematical modeling and optimization.
Individuals with research experience in process synthesis, supply chain
optimization and/or life cycle analysis are particularly encouraged to apply.
