Postdoctoral positions are available in the School of Engineering at
Laurentian University, in various fields relating to both process
control and sustainable systems. Successful candidates will be focused
on one or some of the following areas:


*	Dynamic modelling and control of integrated ventilation and air
conditioning systems for deep mines

*	Modeling, analysis and control of industrial and mining related
processes, e.g., mineral processing and metallurgical systems

*	Industrial process enhancements to reduce environmental impacts

*	Sustainability models development that optimize utilization of
used resources, such as waste heat and water


The candidates should hold PhDs in Chemical or Process Engineering, or
a related field. Compensation will depend on qualification and
experience.

Initial appointment of the positions is for one year, renewable to two
years subject to excellence of performance.
