gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for a Dynamic Modeling 
Engineer at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Air Products is a leading industrial gases and chemicals company and in 
forefront of advanced technology developments. We are looking for an 
individual to be a lead contributor to our worldwide efforts in dynamic 
simulation, supporting new opportunities in Air Separation, LNG, Hydrogen 
and Energy businesses. This will be an opportunity to work with our global 
stakeholders in developing innovative solutions for our industrial gases & 
chemicals businesses. 

This person should be enthusiastic, innovative, skillful and a self 
starter, preferably with a PhD in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, focused 
on dynamic simulation, optimization and modeling. The candidate should have 
a strong background in applying chemical engineering fundamentals to 
modeling of unit operations. Experience in process control or plant process 
optimization would be a benefit. Additionally:-

-The candidate needs proven leadership ability and interpersonal skills 
combined with the ability to influence and effectively collaborate with all 
levels of the organization 
- Experienced in successfully managing & executing technical projects, 
preferably in uncertain environments (i.e. R&D, Product Development, 
Marketing) whilst maintaining a strong customer and value focus 
- The international nature of this position requires worldwide travel.
