The previously announced due date for contributed papers for FOCAPO
and CPC 2012 has been extended to 15 August 2011.

The FOCAPO 2012 Meeting will take place in Savannah, Georgia,
8-11 January 2012 and will be immediately followed by CPC (Chemical
Process Control; 11-13 January), with one joint day of programming. More
details about the conferences can be found at

   http://focapo.org/ and http://cpcmeeting.org/

Poster sessions with contributed papers will be a major part of the
FOCAPO 2012 and the CPC 2012 conferences, and will be devoted to
presentation of new methods and novel industrial applications in the
area of process operations and control. Authors interested in a
poster presentation should submit a paper not to exceed 6 pages in
the format described on the conference web sites. Extended
abstracts are acceptable provided that they convey clearly the
novelty and significance of the work. All papers/abstracts
submitted for poster presentation will be peer reviewed. A small
number of the contributed papers may be selected for oral
presentation, and a large number will be selected for inclusion in a
post-conference special issue of Computers & Chemical Engineering.

Submit online at

    http://focapo.org/ and http://cpcmeeting.org/
