Dear CAST colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that the Area 10C
coordinator for 2015 would be Alexander Mistos, Professor of Process Systems
Engineering at RWTH, Aachen, Germany. This year we were very fortunate to
have received a number of EXCELLENT nominations and the committee really
struggled to come to a final decision.

Alexander received his Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe
University, Germany and his PhD from MIT. He was an Assistant Professor of
Mechanical Engineering at MIT before joining RWTH.

Please join me in welcoming Alexander and wishing him good luck as he
attempts to foster better relations between process systems engineering
groups on both sides of the Atlantic!
