Dr.Ipsita Banerjee and I, the Guest Editors of the open access journal
Processes (ISSN 2227-9717; indexed in *SCIE* and *Scopus*;
mdpi.com/journal/processes), are inviting you to publish a paper to a
Special Issue of Processes: Application of Data Modeling and Analysis
Techniques to Cancer Therapy
Website:
http://www.mdpi.com/journal/processes/special_issues/cancer_therapy
Deadline for manuscript submissions: *31 March 2019*
*Special Issue Description*
In this Special Issue, “Application of Data Modeling and Analysis
Techniques to Cancer Therapy”, we solicit contributions that present the
most recently-developed modeling and data analysis techniques that advance
our understanding in the following areas related to cancer therapy,
including but not limited to, immune system, cancer cell metabolism, stem
cell transplant, and precision medicine. Example topics include:
• Newly-developed mathematical models for biological systems involved
in cancer therapy;
• Analysis of clinical data (including omics data) for cancer therapy
intervention;
• Newly-developed drug target identification approaches applied in
cancer therapy;
• Pharmacokinetics–Pharmacodynamics (PKPD) modeling of precision
medicine recently applied in cancer therapy;
• Machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms applied in
cancer therapy.
