The Engineering Cybernetics Department of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) hase an opening for a PostDoc in the area of Control Performance Monitoring.
The Postdoc will study both individual-loop and plant wide monitoring methods. A particular focus will be on the interactions between the monitoring methods and data storage systems.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong PhD in control performance monitoring, and a background in either Control or Chemical Engineering. Candidates with alternative backgrounds may also be considered, such as system identification, fault detection, pattern recognition, etc.
