1)PhD in Chemical Engineering preferred but Masters and Bachelors 
considered based on skill set, or candidates with M.S Industrial 
Engineering having Chemical Engineering background 

2)Good understanding of LP (Linear Programming) mathematics 

3)Graduate level classes in Operation Research is considered a plus
