Professor Carl Laird from Texas A&M University has been selected as the
2011 CAST 10C programming coordinator.  According to the CAST rotation
policy, the 2011 program coordinator was selected from academia.

With Carl's selection, the CAST 10C program coordinator list is as
follows:

2008: Dimitrios Varvarezos (Aspen Technology)
2009: Christos Maravelias (U. of Wisconsin)
2010: Kevin Furman (Exxon-Mobil)
2011: Carl Laird (Texas A&M)

Please join me in congratulating Professor Laird for accepting the
responsibilities of this position.
