DESCRIPTION
The Corporate R&D organization is seeking a Modeling & Simulation scientist to help drive Product & Process innovation through advanced systems modeling! As a Scientist at P&G, you will be part of a collaborative organization crossing numerous scientific domains, and will utilize mathematical modeling, statistical techniques, chemistry, physics, and fundamental engineering to deliver new-to-the-world products and processes. In the initial work, the candidate will focus on developing digital twins of advanced manufacturing processes for system-level simulation and optimization. As the role progresses, the scientist will be responsible for the delivery of product systems models that enable the delivery of superior products that address rapidly evolving consumer needs that are fundamentally rooted in outstanding performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS / EXPERIENCES) FOR THE ROLE:
A PhD is required in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Applied Mathematics. All listed degrees are accepted, and preferred in the order listed. Also require:
- Solving Partial Differential Equations
- Custom Model Creation
- Experience with gPROMS Software

THESE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED:
- Process Systems Modeling
- Multivariate Statistics
- Optimization Experience
