** CALL FOR CONTRIBUTED PAPERS **

CPC VIII will take place in Savannah, Georgia, January 11-13, 2012,
immediately following FOCAPO  (January 8-11), with a joint day of
programming (January 11).  More details about the conference can be found at
http://cpcmeeting.org/.


Contributed poster presentations will be an essential part of the
conference, showcasing contributions from the broad process control
community, including industrial success stories and vendor exhibits.  Authors
interested in a poster presentation should submit a paper not to exceed 6
pages in the format described on the conference web site.  Extended
abstracts are acceptable provided that they convey clearly the novelty and
significance of the work.   All papers/abstracts submitted for poster
presentation will be peer reviewed. A small number of the contributed papers
may be selected for oral presentation, and a large number will be selected
for inclusion in a post-conference special issue of Computers & Chemical
Engineering.
