DEADLINE EXTENDED: 4/29/2022
Foundations of Systems Biology in Engineering, FOSBE 2022 (fosbe.org)
We would like to take this opportunity and inform you that on August 28-31, 2022, we are organizing the 9th International Conference on the Foundations of Systems Biology in Engineering (FOSBE) in Cambridge, MA. The conference will take place at the Royal Sonesta Hotel and is co-sponsored by CACHE, the International Society of Pharmacometrics (ISoP), the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), and the Automatic Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC).
Contributions are solicited for:
Regular papers (6-page limit)
Brief papers (2-page limit)
Abstracts (400 words)
The conference thematic sessions are:
Systems Biology: Past, present, future
Systems Biology in the Machine Learning era
Systems Biology meets systems pharmacology: More of the same or something new?
Systems Biology in a clinical setting: From bench to bedside
Personalized Systems Biology: Bridging lifestyle and environment with genetics
Systems Biology Education: What, why, who and how
Regular and brief papers will be published in the FOSBE 2022 Proceedings. All accepted submissions (regular, brief, or abstracts) will be presented during the poster sessions. A limited number of contributed papers will be considered for oral presentation as well. At least one author from a submission must register for the conference for a paper to appear in FOSBE 2022. All submissions are handled via the PaperPlaza platform at /https://lnkd.in/dCni64yq
.
The conference is a great opportunity to bring together systems biology experts and exchange ideas around this ever-evolving field. The conference theme is Systems Biology for Life, and it will focus on challenges and opportunities for moving towards translational systems biology with emphasis on health as well as the phenomenal opportunities emerging from current advances in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology.
We have an outstanding and diverse list of invited speakers (see below) promising an exciting conference. FOSBE is an exceptional opportunity to reach leaders in the field, influence the course of systems biology, and further professional development.
Sincerely,
Ioannis (Yannis) P. Androulakis,
