Dear Colleagues,

We would like to let you know that the organizing committee of the 5th
International Conference on Sustainable Chemical Product and Process
Engineering (Tianjin, China, June 30-July 3, 2019) has received an
impressive number of abstracts. But the committee has decided to extend
the abstract submission deadline to April 15, 2019.  Attached please
find an updated conference brochure, where a web link for abstract
submission is listed (http://c1-chem.tju.edu.cn/class/96). The brochure
also lists a number of confirmed plenary and keynote speakers. You are
all encouraged to contribute abstracts and attend the conference.

This conference is again co-sponsored by the US National Science
Foundation (NSF), which will provide partial travel support to US based
academic attendees, particularly junior faculty members, postdoctoral
researchers, and senior doctoral students (currently in their 3rd year
of study or later in a PhD program).  The young researchers can apply
for the 2019 SCPPE Young Researcher's NSF Travel Award.  Those
interested should send your abstract and short-bio (up to 2 pages) to
Prof. Yinlun Huang of Wayne State University ([log in to unmask]) by April
15. Applicants will be informed of travel award decision by May 1, 2019.
Should you have any questions, please let us know.

We are looking forward to your abstract submission and conference
attendance.

Best regards,

Yinlun Huang (Conference Co-Chair, Professor of Chemical Engineering and
Materials Science, Wayne State University)
Ignacio Grossmann (Co-Chair of the International Academic Committee,
Professor of Chemical Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University)
