Dear Colleagues,

Professor Selen Cremaschi from the University of Tulsa has been elected as
the 2014 CAST 10A Programming Chair. According to the CAST rotation policy,
the 2014 programming chair was selected from academia.

Please join me in congratulating and thanking Professor Cremaschi for
accepting the responsibilities of this position.
