Control of Chemical Processes, July 25-28, 2010, Singapore

Important Dates
Submission of Extended Abstract: November 30, 2009

Notification of Acceptance:  January 15, 2010

Submission of Final Manuscript: March 31, 2010

Author/ Early-bird Registration Deadline:  April 30, 2010

Conference dates: July 25-28, 2010

Following the tradition of the previous PSE Asia symposia held in Kyoto 
(2000), Taipei (2002), Seoul (2005) and Xi'an (2007), the 5th 
International Symposium on Design, Operation and Control of Chemical 
Processes (PSE Asia 2010) will be held in Singapore from July 25 to 28, 
2010. This symposium aims to enhance interactions and collaborations
among 
researchers and practitioners working in the area of Process Systems 
Engineering. Both theory and applications will be covered. 

The symposium will include, but not limited to, technical sessions on
the 
following topics:
*	Process Modeling and Optimization
*	Product and Process Design
*	Process Monitoring, Operations and Control
*	Supply Chain Management and Business Decision Making
*	PSE for Sustainable Processes 
*	PSE in Life Sciences and Energy Systems
*	Industrial Applications and Case Studies
*	Education in Process Systems Engineering

A number of plenary and keynote presentations on the above topics are 
planned. Workshops, panel discussions and technical-social tours are
other 
highlights.

Authors are invited to submit a 2-page extended abstract in English for 
each paper they wish to present. Instructions and template for preparing

the extended abstract are available at 
http://www.pse-asia2010.org/abstract-submission/. All submissions will
be 
peer-reviewed. The authors of each accepted abstract will be requested
to 
submit a 6-page full paper by March 31, 2010.
