MIT is offering a short program on "Energy, Sustainability, and Life
Cycle Assessment" on June 13-15, 2016, in Cambridge, MA. The instructors
are Bhavik Bakshi of The Ohio State University, Tim Gutowski of MIT, and
Dusan Sekulic of the University of Kentucky, who are co-editors of,
"Thermodynamics and the Destruction of Resources"

This class addresses four aspects of sustainability from an engineering
perspective: 1) energy resource analysis, 2) material resource analysis,
3) life cycle assessment, and 4) design for sustainability. Examples
