I am currently looking for participants for a
Spinach, Iceberg and Romaine lettuce sensory test!


Please email to enroll if you meet the following criteria:
-       Staffs, students ages 18 and over
-       Are not on a restricted medical diet, or have no spice allergies (cinnamon, cloves, thyme, and rosemary)
-       Willing to participate in a test of fresh produce!

 The study will start at 10.00 AM and will be scheduled on October 17th and 19th.
