Dr. Higgin's Mammalian Physiology class (BSCI440) is raising money for Hero
Dogs, a nonprofit organization which raises puppies as service dogs for
disabled veterans. Dr. Marcie Engel, a Maryland alum and former student of
Dr. Higgins, is on the board of directors. Hero Dogs has been nominated for
a $2,500 grant, and they need your votes to help them get it! Please visit
