Discussion: Supporting Loved Ones Struggling with Mental Health

This discussion will focus on how to be of better support to loved ones
struggling with mental health. We will address how to create and maintain
healthy boundaries, myths and assumptions about mental illness that may be
hurting your ability to show genuine support, and mental health resources on
campus and in the community. Lunch will be provided! This is a collaboration
by the LGBT Equity Center and Counseling Center -- please join us, whether
you identify as LGBTQ+ or not!
