Subject: Fellowship: Immunogenicity of therapeutic proteins

Description:
A position is available for a highly motivated candidate with a
Baccalaureate, Master’s or Doctoral degree in a quantitative field such as
computer science, mathematics, statistics or physics to join our group. See
the following as examples of our work: Blood 125: 223-228, 2015; Nature Med.
19: 1318-1324, 2013; PLoS Comput. Biol., 9, e1003066, 2013; Trends Pharmacol
Sci. 34: 534-548, 2013; Nature Biotechnol. 29: 870-873, 2011. Also see:
http://www.fda.gov/BiologicsBloodVaccines/ScienceResearch/BiologicsResearchAreas/ucm246804.htm

The successful candidate will work in close association with experimental
biologists and clinicians to build computational models to understand the
potential immunogenicity of coagulation proteins used as therapeutics.
Applicants should be comfortable with programming and data analysis, and will
preferably have had prior experience analyzing biomedical data. Experience
with statistical programming languages (e.g. R, SAS) and fast scripting
languages (e.g. Python, Perl) is a big plus.

The candidate should have obtained his/her terminal degree within the last 5
years.
