Subject: Time-Sensitive: Campus Health Diversity & Inclusion Survey

Description:
The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) at the University Health Center
(UHC) is actively seeking feedback from UMD's diverse student population's
campus health experiences.

We are collecting data from this anonymous survey in an effort to ensure that
the resources and healthcare services offered by the UHC are equitably
attainable by UMD students.

Please circulate this survey to your members as we are collecting data from
February 3rd-February 17th. We intend on hosting a Virtual Town Hall later
this Spring in partnership with the University Health Center on the
intersectionality of understanding diversity in health based on these survey
responses.

The link to the 5-minute Google form survey is at go.umd.edu/DEI, and a flier
is attached to this email to send to your organization members and peers. We
would truly appreciate it if you posted this flier to your social media
spaces.
