Subject: Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant Position in a Dermatology
Office

Description:
At Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, LLC, we celebrate the diversity
of all skin colors and all skin types.  We are dedicated to using innovative
techniques to treat the medical, surgical, and cosmetic needs of our
patient’s skin, hair, and nails.  We treat every patient with kindness,
dignity, and respect.

This private dermatology practice in North Bethesda near White Flint Mall is
looking for a part-time medical receptionist / assistant (~32 hours/week) to
start in May 2014. Paid part-time hours are highly encouraged for extra
training before the position becomes vacant.  A minimum of a two-year
commitment is required.

The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Job Responsibilities include primarily front office duties along with back
office duties:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, insurance and billing, receive and
process prescription requests, assist with procedures and surgeries, prepare
exams rooms, clean and sterilize instruments, etc.

This is the perfect position for a future health care professional who wants
to learn all of the aspects of running a patient-centered private practice!
Previous employees have gone on to medical school, nursing school, and dental
school.

Eligible candidates should be extremely reliable.  You will be working very
closely with the two doctors, so it is imperative that you are dependable and
trustworthy.  There will be a lot of patient interaction, so customer service
skills are a must.
