Pre-Pharmacy Members,
As the semester is nearing to a close, we understand that some of you
guys still need some off-campus community service hours. We have
arranged two more events for this semester:
There are still 4 spots open for the off-campus community service
event on Tuesday. We will be going to DC Central Kitchen and leaving
from the ATM outside of STAMP at 4:00 pm sharp. Please do not be late
as the buses will leave without you. We will return to campus at
around 8:30 pm. If you are considering on going, please bring at least
$10 for the metro ride.
After this, there will only be one more off-campus community service
event this semester. That will be at the Ronald McDonald House on
Tuesday, November 15th from 5-8 pm. Only 6 people can sign up for the
Ronald McDonald House. As always, it's first come first serve!
Please e-mail Lauren Biagiotti at [log in to unmask] if you
are interested in participating in either one of these events. Include
your name, phone number, and which event you would like to attend.
Last but not least, our fourth GBM will be TODAY, MONDAY NOVEMBER 7th
at 5-7 pm featuring Shenandoah University - Bernard J. Dunn School of
Pharmacy! If you are considering or planning to apply to pharmacy
school, here is your opportunity. We will have an admissions
coordinator from Shenandoah University School of Pharmacy talk to you
about how their admissions process will work and what you need to do
to stand out. For those who are interested, the date and time is
listed below. As always, anyone is welcome to come. There will be
snacks available at the beginning of the GBM. We look forward to
seeing you all there!
**Please note: Those who are in attendance for this meeting are
strongly recommended to wear business casual attire.
Where: Margaret Brent B at STAMP
When: TODAY November 7th, 2011
