Interested in volunteering in a clinic environment? Are you fluent in
Spanish or Haitian Creole? The Healthy Workers Programis a comprehensive
worksite health program that provides basic primary and dental care, and
health education to medically underserved workers on campus. The target
population of uninsured temporary and contract workers comes mostly from the
Dining Services Department. Many of the workers have limited English
proficiency; the majority of them speak Spanish or Haitian Creole. Workers
receive services in the Health Center and worksite screenings.
