The College of Education is planning on launching a new Center for
Educational Excellence in Alternative Settings by January 1, 2012.  In the
interim, we are looking for a University of Maryland student to help launch
a university-affiliated website for the new center.

We need to build basic website infrastructure, design email and
communication tools, and craft how we want to best share our mission and
practice via the Internet.

Our preference is to contract with a University student (undergraduate or
graduate) to build the site, and design a communication framework on an
hourly or project basis, with the initial goal to be up and running by mid-
to late-December.  Subsequently, we may need a contractor for ongoing
support and troubleshooting.
