Description:
The Adele H. Stamp Student Union, IT Services is seeking students to develop
and maintain various web applications. The candidate must have experience in
at least one of the following languages .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C,
VB, PHP or Java. Students with content management and design experience is
beneficial but not required.  Experience programming in .NET and C# and using
relational databases with MySQL are highly preferred.

Web Developers gain experience in software development, technical research,
relational databases, content management development, and project management
while building applications used by the University of Maryland community.
The candidates chosen will work with internal and external customers on an
ongoing basis so professional communication is very important in this role.
Individuals must be able to work independently, as well as in a team
environment. The individual hired must be available to start this summer and
work a minimum of 12 hours per week during our regular office hours: Monday
to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
