Good Morning,
Here's an opportunity for any undergraduates that are looking for volunteer research experience at the Food and Drug Administration for summer 2017.
Description:
The Division of Biology, Chemistry and Material Sciences at the Food and Drug Administration is currently accepting resumes from motivated students who would like to assist in regulatory science research projects that focus on identifying and investigating issues related to the interaction between medical devices and the human body. Students will have the opportunity to learn a number of analytical techniques, such as, but not limited to: Scanning Electron Microscopy, Mass Spectrometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Ultraviolet-Visible Light Spectroscopy, and Differential Scanning Calorimetry. At the end of the summer, students may be chosen to give a poster presentation at and end of summer FDA-wide scientific forum.
Summer volunteers will be expected to work full time (40hrs/week)
