Description:
Interested in public health advocacy? Come join UAEM! We are a student
organization working
to make academic research accessible for public health on a global scale! We
promote affordable access to medicines, vaccines, diagnostics, and devices in
developing countries as well as here in the US by advocating for new
licensing policies for medical research. Come be a part of any of our
advocacy committees, such as insulin accessibility, neglected diseases, or
university research licensing policies (ETAF)! If you are interested in
joining or learning more, please come to our interest meeting on February 8
