rising Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors

Description: START's Cyber Security Fellows Program (CySeF), is a
comprehensive, one-year program designed for three undergraduate students at
the University of Maryland. Students enter the program at the beginning of
their sophomore, junior or senior years. Their program experiences are aimed
to transition students from undergraduate experiences to professional
positions in the homeland security science and technology arena (HS-STEM),
with particular emphasis on transition into positions related to cyber
security. The fellowship program provides students with in-state tuition for
an academic year, as well as a monthly stipend and salary for a 10-week
