Options for Pre-Vet Students- Drexel University College of Medicine- MLAS & VMS Programs

Master of Laboratory Animal Science (MLAS) program 

A two-year, graduate degree program, designed for students who want to
pursue advanced careers in laboratory animal science.  In addition, many
MLAS graduates apply and are accepted to Veterinary Medical School.

Veterinary Medical Science (VMS) program 

A one-year, post-baccalaureate certificate program, designed to help
students enhance their credentials for application or reapplication to
veterinary medical school.  Students who successfully complete the VMS
program also have the option to complete the MLAS degree the following
year.

There is still time to apply for this fall!  The application deadline is July 8th.
