Subject: Fall 22 TA positions in BSCI330

Description:
Due to unforeseen circumstances the Biological Sciences Program must hire
teaching assistants for BSCI330H, for this current fall semester. Current
undergraduates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.  The teaching
assistants must be available Fridays from 1 -  3 for prep meeting, and be
able to teach one or both of the following lab section times.
330H 0101 Tu……..2:00pm – 4:50pm
330H 0102 W……2:00pm – 4:50pm
TAs must be available to attend some lectures to help proctor exams,   MWF at
11am.
Duties include attending prep meetings, preparing to teach lab, teaching lab,
responding to student questions, proctoring exams, and some exam grading.
Duties are expected to take approximately ten hours per week for teaching one
lab section.
TAs must have taken BSCI330, either the H or regular versions, and earned an
A or B grade.
Interested students should contact Dr. Presson as soon as possible. Final
hiring decisions will be made by the course lab instructor. Stipend amount
depends on educational level.
