Subject: JIFSAN is accepting applications for internships to begin Summer
Semester 2019

Description:
The JIFSAN internship program, a collaboration between the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration and the University of Maryland, has several positions
available beginning with the 2019 summer semester.

JIFSAN interns must have completed at least two college semesters and be
enrolled as undergraduate students at the University of Maryland, College
Park during the time of their internship.

Interns are expected to work part time (8-10 hours/week) during the academic
year and 30 hours/week during the Summer of 2018. Current freshmen,
sophomores and juniors are encouraged to apply. After a 100-hour volunteer
commitment, interns are eligible for a paid internship at $12/hour.
