Subject: CORA: Compassion Fatigue and Self Care Seminar

Description: Combating Overdoses in Rural Areas (CORA) is planning to have
their first educational seminar on Compassion Fatigue and Self Care on
Sunday, January 10th. This will occur in two sessions: one session at 3 to 4
pm and another session at 5 to 6 pm. People can come at whichever session
suits their schedule the best! The seminar will be split into three parts,
with an informational session, a self care activity, and a debrief section,
and will occur via Zoom at go.umd.edu/CORAcompassion . If you think this
informational seminar will benefit you, please come and send this information
out to anyone else who may need some help during these unprecedented times!
