Contrary is hosting a DC, Maryland, & Virginia (DMV) Pitch Competition on
Saturday, February 27th 2021 from 1 - 3pm ET.

Student founders can apply to pitch to a star list of judges for a $1,000
grand prize (plus $250 fan choice) to develop their business. Judges include
Ron Boger (tech lead @ Google X), Juliana Neelbauer (Senior Attorney for
Startups @ Drew Eckl & Farnham), Demi Obayomi (Vice President @ Sapphire
Ventures), and Mackenzie Burnett (Cofounder @ The Next 50 & Ambrook).
Accepted companies will also have a guaranteed investment meeting with the
Contrary team - we invest up to $500,000 checks into early-stage companies.
