Description:
"Truth to Power: A Queer Open Mic" continues a longstanding tradition in
queer communities of coming out, calling in, and confronting power by sharing
our lived experiences. In honor of National Coming Out Day and all acts of
courage, "Truth to Power" serves as a space to celebrate authenticity in any
form. Check out our event page and join us alongside featured host
Sweetboispeaks (IG: sweetboispeaks) and poet Charles Xavier (IG: @kingc.x) to
share your own voice— and speak Truth to Power! Light refreshments will be
provided.
