Ellie Walton is a filmmaker and educator who produces radio and video
documentaries. A few of her productions include an ex-guerrilla radio
station in Guatemala, and a documentary about the prison system in London.
She collaborates with the community to let the voices of the unheard be
heard.

During our Voices of Social Change presentation, we will be showing
Chocolate City, a documentary that explores the rapid gentrification of
Washington, DC through the eyes of women who are fighting to return to
their neighborhood. We will follow the documentary with a discussion led by
Ellie Walton and the women featured in the film.
