*"There are two energies existing in the world. One that is degenerating
and obvious - fear, worry, greed, anger, and the other that is uplifting -
compassionate, divine, noble, humble, peaceful, cheerful, kind. It's up to
you to choose on which side you wish to live from."

**Dear Fellow Terps!

Please join Complementary and Alternative Medicine Club at UMD as we invite an
inspirational yogi speaker, Sister Jenna to our campus for a special session
on how to gain more clarity, courage, and confidence as we move
forward and upwards
towards success - both on a spiritual and physical level.

Sister Jenna is the Director of the Meditation Museum in Silver Spring,
Maryland, Blogger for the Huffington Post, Patch and TV personality.

The discussion will include: trusting your self, confidence in practicing
leadership, gaining clarity in choosing a career and life path, and ways to
promote physical, mental and emotional health when under stress. The
discussion will end with a guided meditation led by Sister Jenna.
