Delaware Center for the Inland Bays (CIB) is seeking a new Executive Director.
 
DELAWARE CENTER FOR THE INLAND BAYS, one of 28 National Estuary Programs, was established as a nonprofit organization in 1994 by the Delaware General Assembly.

CIB’s work involves activities in four areas: education and outreach, science and research, restoration and public policy.  The CIB establishes partnerships with Inland Bay stakeholders and develops science-based policies to work with federal, state and local governments, and non-governmental organizations to protect, restore and preserve the Inland Bays watershed.  

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing implementation of the Inland Bays Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) as well as all aspects of operations and management of the CIB, including staff supervision, program oversight, public and government affairs, fundraising, marketing, and budgeting. The Executive Director reports to the CIB Board of Directors.
