The Shrewsbury Entomology Lab is seeking students interested in taking research credits over the summer to assist with a project involving the ecology and management of emerald ash borer in Maryland. You must enjoy working outdoors under varying environmental conditions, and be able to perform physically challenging work. We are looking for individuals who are organized, responsible, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: must be a UMD student and have a valid driver’s license. Lab or field experience, coursework, and/or an interest in ecology or entomology are desirable.
