Hello UMD community,

Tomorrow, Thursday February 20, we will be having our next yoga session run
by our favorite yoga instructor, Ilona Holland. The session will be held at
5:30PM in the Catholic Student Center (CSC).* The CSC is located right
across the street from the Commons Apartment Parking Garage. Prepare to
work up a sweat while improving awareness of mind and breath. No prior
experience is necessary.

This Friday the 21st at our weekly meeting, we will have a book discussion.
We will each share a chapter from a book we are currently reading related
to medicine, health, nutrition, fitness, spirituality, and any other
subject related to wellbeing, and discuss the material as a group. We will
also be preparing for our next campaign. If you are an activist and would
like to help, you are most certainly welcome. Our meeting will be held at
4:30PM in the Terrapin Rooms B&C. If you have any questions please do not
hesitate to email us at [log in to unmask]

We look forward to meeting any new faces that arrive at our upcoming
events, and wish all students the best for mid-terms.

-CAM Terps

*Our yoga sessions do not have anything to do with Catholicism and do not
promote any ideas pertaining to religion. We hold our sessions there due to
the ambient environment, spaciousness, and convenience for our yoga
instructor. Thank you.
