Student Entertainment Events, Erasable, Inc., The Bureau & Off the Wall Present: A Student Comedy Showcase with Special Host Judah Friedlander
The 30 Rock actor emcees as students perform their own material.

COLLEGE PARK, Md. ˆ Think you‚re funny? Prove it! At 7 p.m. Monday, April 25, students will get the chance to bring the funny when Student Entertainment Events, Erasable, Inc, The Bureau and Off the Wall welcome comedian and actor Judah Friedlander to host a student comedy showcase in the Grand Ballroom of the Adele H. Stamp Student Union ˆ Center for Campus Life. Doors open at 6 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

Now appearing as a regular on both VH1‚s „Best Week Ever‰ and NBC‚s Emmy-winning „30 Rock‰, Friedlander has become a well-known personality in the entertainment world. Certainly recognizable, the comedian‚s oversized glasses and goofy trucker hats have become his trademarks. Although the Maryland native began his show business career as a cameraman for Chris Rock, he has since landed roles in several popular movies and shows, including „Meet the Parents,‰ „Zoolander,‰ and „Full Grown Men.‰ Friedlander recently added author to his resume with the publication of his new book, „How to Beat Up Anybody: An Instructional Karate Book by the World Champion.‰
Student Entertainment Events is excited to be hosting a student comedy showcase with special host Judah Friedlander. Together, the students and Judah will provide a hysterical, fun evening for all!
