Description:
The College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences Dean's Office
seeks a student communications assistant to convert slides from multiple
presentations to a specific PowerPoint template. This is not a creative
position. Work can be completed remotely.
Required skills:
-Strong knowledge of PowerPoint (strong knowledge of Keynote or Google Slides
will also be considered)
-Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
-Basic image skills, such as screen captures and resizing
-Willing to learn specific software skills, if required
-Able to follow a style guide and produce consistent output
-Attention to detail
-Able to work independently
Optional skills:
-Experience editing PDFs
-Layout skills or presentation design
Successful candidate can begin immediately. During the fall and spring
semesters, hours will be based on your schedule (approx. 10-20 hours per
week). During the winter and summer breaks, hours can increase to 40 hours
per week. Salary will be $13 per hour. To apply, send a cover letter, resume
