This course is an investigation into the rich history of computer science,
and the technology that propagated it to ubiquity. We focus not only on the
history of computer science and technology, but also on its impact on
society throughout time.

Additional Information:
• This is a 1-credit course that only meets for <1 hour each week.
• No CMSC216 or CMSC250 prerequisites are necessary.
• For Computer Science majors, the class counts toward your required 6
credits of upper-level CS electives.
