Dear Friends,
It is with great excitement that we would love to share health, wellness,
peace and joy with you all.
Every other Thursday starting on the 4th October CAM brings you one-hour
yoga classes, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Offering a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga
& Iyengaar Yoga, Ilona Holland, will prepare a bi-weekly themed class for
all students, friends and more.
Our classes will focus on our emotions, stress and traumas in relation to
our body, working with poses, meditation and more to release all that sits
in the body resulting in illness and disease. Take this time to de-stress,
nourish your body spiritually, emotionally and physically.
Classes will run until December 13, 2012 with lots more YOGA during exam
week. Look out for updates as exam week gets closer!
Classes:
October - 4th & 18th.
November - 1st, 15th & 29th.
December - 13th.
