Subject: Recruiting Neuroscience Research Assistant

Description:
Recent college graduates with an interest in molecular neurobiology and
developmental neuroscience are encouraged to apply for a research assistant
position in the Poulopoulos Lab at the University of Maryland School of
Medicine in downtown Baltimore. This position would be ideal for applicants
with an interest to participate in primary neuroscience research before
moving on to graduate studies.

The position is in a newly established lab currently being staffed, and the
candidate would be intimately involved in all aspects of setting up
molecular, microscopy, and rodent surgical methods from the ground up, and be
centrally involved in both the intellectual and experimental aspects of the
lab’s projects. Prior lab experience in molecular biology, histology,
animal handling is appreciated though not required. More details on the
