Subject: [SGA Financial Affairs] DEADLINE EXTENDED - March 2014

Hello Student Groups,

Because of the closing of the University on Monday, the March deadline for
applications is now TUESDAY, MARCH 4, AT 5:00 PM. Please bear with us for
office hours as this last minute adjustment will require the Finance
Committee (who are also very active students in the community) to change
their schedules; we plan to have office hours from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on
Tuesday.

Be aware that the calendar restrictions are NOT CHANGED; meaning the 30/60
day rule will be counted from the original deadline (March 3), and those
dates are displayed on the Orgsync application.

CLUB SPORTS CLUBS: Be aware that the allocation process for your
organizations are separate than this, the regular monthly allocation process.
You will be contacted in the next month regarding that process. So bottom
line: DO NOT submit an application for any monthly allocation.
