Description:
The CMNS Office of Student Services is now recruiting CMNS Peer Mentors for
the 2020-2021 academic year!

Peer Mentors have the following responsibilities:
1-credit EDUC388C in Spring 2020 (S/U)
Hold weekly office hours and assist with four year plans
Act as a UNIV100 Teaching Assistant
Attend monthly meetings
Operate as front desk student worker
3-credit EDUC388U in Fall 2020 (SP in General Education)

What are the requirements?
Must have completed 4 semesters (or 2 semesters if a transfer student) at
UMCP
Must be a CMNS major
Must have completed at least 60 credits by the end of Spring 2020
At least 3.0 cumulative GPA
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm and initiative
A flexible schedule
Ability to work effectively in groups
